Delete your data — Sadhak (साधक) app
App: Sadhak (साधक) on Google Play, package com.sadhak.bhakti.app
Developer: Startup2Unicorn
Sadhak has no accounts and no login. Most of your information never leaves your phone. Here is how to remove it.
-
Delete data stored on your phone
Your name, gotra, date of birth, kuldevta, jap counts, streaks, beads, vows (sankalp), vrat and seva records, photos, favourites and downloads are stored only on your phone.
To delete all of it, do either of these:
• Uninstall Sadhak, or
• Open Android Settings → Apps → Sadhak → Storage → Clear data.
This happens immediately and cannot be undone.
2. Ask us to delete data held on our servers
We hold only anonymous usage data linked to your device: which content you opened, jap counts, in-app searches, and an app-instance ID and notification token. It is not linked to your name, email or phone number.
To ask us to delete it:
-
Use the subject “Sadhak data deletion”
-
If you can, include the approximate date you installed the app and your phone model, so we can find your device’s records.
We confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
Usage data linked to your device (activity, searches, IDs): Deleted within 30 days.
Your email to us: Kept up to 30 days to confirm the deletion, then deleted.
Totals already combined with other users (for example “plays this month”): Kept, because they cannot identify you.
Usage data that is not deleted on request is removed automatically after
24 months.
